NUS Salsa's welcome tea for AY2011/2012 Semester 2 is here!

Come down to the YIH Dance Studio (2 levels above the YIH study rooms) and be prepared to be dazzled by the performances we're putting up for you!

Don't know what salsa is all about? We'll answer all your queries and doubts and leave you wondering what you have been doing not dancing salsa ;)

If you have already taken classes with us last sem and thoroughly enjoyed it, prep yourself up for a new semester of intermediate salsa dancing!

We'll be having courses registration for beginner classes, intermediate class and west coast swing class on the spot.

Hello everyone!!

As our salsa lessons for the semester draws to a close, we're sure many of you are suffering from withdrawal symptoms of not having that exciting hour of dance every week!

But worry not! Our social party for the semester is here for all you aspiring salsa dancers out there!! :)

Come down for a night of fun and relaxation before starting on your mad dash for final exams! We'll be playing salsa music all night for you guys to practise and show off what you have learnt for the past 8 lessons ;)

This event is open to everyone, so feel free to bring your friends along! This is a great chance for those who just want to see what social dancing is all about too! We assure you you'll love it as much as we do :)

West Coast Swing Singapore brings you Swing It On! with Arjay Centeno and Melina Ramirez!

US Competition champions Arjay and Melina will be in Singapore this October to bring you some West Coast Swing excitement!

They'll be offering WCS workshops from 14th to 16th October. But before that, there'll be a welcome party on the 13th Oct, where there will be a WCS crash course, performances and social time!

Preliminaries:
Venue: Lee Kong Chian Lecture Theatre, NTU
Date: 2nd week of September (to be confirmed)
Time: 10am - 7pm

Finals:
Venue: To be confirmed.
Date: last week of September (to be confirmed)
Time: Competition: 6.30pm - 10pm (Finalists will have to report in the noon for rehearsals)
Social Dancing: 10pm - 1am

Registration deadline is 20th August.
